I wouldn't trust ANY of these gauges. I am half mind to tee into temp and oil pressure with mechanical gauges.
These aluminum cases seem to promote condensation. My 803A had reset documentation in a sealed zip lock bag and it had about 2 cups of water in it. All the meters are corroded and rusted inside from moisture.

Did some testing this morning and confirmed a bad voltage meter. It had the same voltage at the meter terminals as it did at the output lugs and no movement on the meter.

You can try these. I attempted to divide it in 4 equal parts. To get it to fit you will have to print in landscape and checkmark the box to print in original size from DPI instead of having it fit to page. You should be able to trim and tape it but the print is still small.

I have found the "print current view" option doesn't always include what I see but that is the first thing to try. Another option is to zoom till it fills the screen and push the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then you can open a photo editor and paste it. Then you can crop and print...
Looked at this when I got home today. Looks like the best way to get at it is to remove the tension bolt completely and rotate the alternator down out of the way.
I decided to get the Rotella ELC antifreeze.
Found the 3 ground rods on mine but no sign of the couplers and cable. Inventory sheet showing my unit had this complete as well as a long auxiliary fuel hose and the bung adapter. It has the hose and adapter but the tube for the adapter is not to be found either.
I stuck group 24 marine start batteries in mine. They fit the pans perfect but just barely contact the two unused mount tabs on the block. I put a piece of cardboard between the tabs and batteries but I may pull them out and grind those tabs down a little. They sure spin the heck out of it.
