I just cut a roof of a civy blazer yesterday. I will be welding one in next spring. The biggist problem I see is the reenforced steel channel that runs up behind the doors. It has to be welded first and then the outer sheet metal welded. I will get pics tm.

Personally, I like the rush from buying from GL or GSA. I havent been let down by either one of them. I have had some fun road trips that just makes it worth while. I also have the means to tow all my vehicles though. I have never treid to drive one straight of the lot. Good luck.

I have the funny feeling you are going to find alot of rust. These seal hold 28 years of dirt and stuff. It stays wet way after it stops raining. Have a sandblaster ready and have the seals on hand. The old ones will peel off and will be junk. My 1009 came out of MS and I am still looking...
