I have made it home safe and sound. The 1010 pulled better than the minnow did but it is heavy. I averaged 16 mpg going down and way less coming back. Lol. Here is some pics. The extra tires that were in back need a new home. Any offers?

I will look tonight on the amount of lugs. It is duel axle though. My ford can take the weight no problem just I would hate to burn up a trailer axle. I always carry a spare trailer tires. Thanks everyone.

I have trailer brakes. The thing about my trailer is I have no info....... I have looked around on it but I cant find a tag with any info. Its a 500 mile drive home. Do you think a tow dolly would be a better choice. I could just drop the drive shaft and pull it. I have to make this trip...

I have to pick up a m1010 this tuesday. Anyone know if it weighs to much for a common car trailer. I know I pushed my luck with the USS Minnow but I think the m1010 is heavier. Anyone have a thought on this?

White one in MO. Not a hatefull price. I will see it wensday and I will make my decision if I keep it or part it out. I am hoping for a decent vehicle. This would make a great camper and maybe it will tow the M1009 after some mods.

My m1009 has undercoating. It looks like a Zebart type.

The wheel base is 13 foot 8 inches for the crew cab. I put mine on a 14.6 ft trailor. I added 4 10k tie down points on the trailer so my axle straps went from the center of the trailer plus a 5k winch pulling forward. It will push your truck around trust me. I quite looking in my mirrors...

I would use alot of caution. I did it with a 7300 pound truck and it still made me alittle nervous. I found if I didnt watch the trailer I was better off. Lol. I went to U Hual and got a brake controller for $54.00. They will install it for you to if you want. My truck was already wired...

I had a Detroite ez locker in my CJ. It made a huge difference offroad but it would disingage while driving down the highway. It made for some scary moments. Lol. I hope this is a better desighn. Nice truck.
