Did you bypass the risistor block and put 12 volts on the Glow Plug Relay? Because I didnt, I must have a short or a bad connection on one of the plugs. Now that i think about it. My glow plug relay started cyciling quicker than my first initial ac60 install. the GP relay would not click off...

Yes I verified the voltage drop yes I tested the plugs and they were getting around 12 volts The resister block got hot because it wasnt getting much use with 3 plugs working. No I did not put nice clean conectors.. I have a very nice expensive bench grinder and followed several recomendations...

Ok 1 month later my glow plug relay is clicking off and on and my voltage is not dropping. My Glow plugs are not getting power.... exactly one month... was i supose to do the restor bypass with AC60Gs. What is it Now? Relay? Resistor Block? Control Card? Burnt up ac60s?
