The screw does not effect the idle. Don't be afraid to turn it up more than 1/4 turn, just make sure you do a through test. Through test is 1st gear, low range, HEAVY on brake and 2200RPM with heat under 1200F. If you turn it up too much there will be over pressurization and the screw on the...
