I'm confused about the comment on the S7 battle switch. What does that have to do with A4?
Will rotate the A4 relays because I don't know how to test them per the schematic.
I'm a mechanical engineer and have built computers and RC quads from scratch but I still have a hard time with electrical...
Just a thought.
The two relays on A4 can be rotated 180 degrees and reinstalled.
Does it matter if they get rotated?
Will they function differently?
How can you tell if they are installed correctly?
Kris
This is the results test of the A4 card in the control panel:
There are 12 terminals. I checked all of them in the run and then start modes.
You asked me to check terminal pin 8,2,7,9,1&3. However 1 & 3 have no wires going to the terminals.
That is why I decided to check all of them.
Out of...
Will do, Maybe I missed something. Your the boss.
Will report back in a couple hours. I got a plugged drain in the house and its needing dealt with. Three quarters of 75 foot is in the hole and got 25 foot left.

Status to date:
Put everything back together that was disassembled.
1. Day tank float reinstalled and tested to be ok. Day tank is ¾ full.
2. Little black box on the side of day tank reinstalled wires and verified to your wiring locations plus determined that the box was tested to be ok.
3...
This is the CR-27 diode. To check it, disconnect the wires. Place the MM in ohms position. Place the red lead in the screw hole that has a red dot next to it. Should be the middle hole. Place the black lead in one of the other holes. You should get a low resistance reading. Reverse the leads...
Ok I will report back after you have a good time tonight. Please have a German beer for me in my name. i loved the Austrian beer when I was there last year.
Kris
Checked the IP connectors once again.
With only in run no voltage on both terminals.
Run and battle voltage hot both terminals. Both terminals one end on ground and the other on the terminal.
I thought one was positive and the other was suppose to be ground.
Maybe if the engine could crank...
The IP is getting fuel so it should startup with the fuel its got. So I think your are correct we need to find out why we are not getting current.
Kris
There is a little black box on the top side of the day tank. The solenoid seems to be wired to it. It maybe some sort of relay. Should it be checked?
Kris
More than cracked the start of the hard line to IP. Maybe a drip ( Run and Battle on )
So the solenoid is not letting pressurize fuel from the pumps.
Kris
The pumps only run when run and battle is on.
I did crack the IP line and almost took it completely off with run and battle on. Just gravity output from the hard line.
Will do the same on the other side of the hard line and blow it out.
