Well, I found the issue on the SEE, brake shoe broke and wedged. I replaced both rear brakes, wishing I had the assist of Flufarm's crane when I went to put the wheels back on, ugh.

Very cool, I think you just gave me the inspiration needed to crawl under my SEE here at the house and diagnose the 57th issue since I've owned it. Then I can practice digging a fallout shelter in my wife's garden spot. Thanks for posting up the photos
I was thinking about a summer trip to your neck of the woods to deliver those SEE starters to you, I may need to reconsider under those circumstances :whistle:
Have you tried starting it with a screwdriver across the starter solenoid posts? I had to start SEE #2 that way until I got the rat chew wiring back in order
It looks like I will be tearing into SEE #2 this weekend. Rear axle (or perhaps the brakes) lock up when driving the SEE in reverse, but it travels just fine in forward gears. Grrrrr to continuous problems
