Parts list updated with 1-3/8 bore wheel cylinder and wheel cylinder rebuild kit info. The 1-3/8 wheel cylinder is a replacement for the early 1-1/4 bore wheel cylinders that are not readily available anymore.

I used the longer front brake lines since that is the only thing available at the part stores, unless you go and have some custom made. Here is what it looks like. It is long, but it worked fine for me.
