    Carter thanks Hinge works fine on mine. Like I said in pm I wanted to sand blast and wasnt sure if there was A bushing around those bolts. I'll try again to break Them out, if not I'll leave them and grind it by hand Fun fun I need to locate a copy of that parts manual

    Carter Thank you I had installed it wrong. I had one of the nuts #8 behind that Stop cam #4. So it looks like the release lever ( not shown) would Sit between the 2 nuts # 8 then? With the spring(not shown) Against the bolt # 8 closest to the flange # 5
