That is a tough one k5, I actually went out and pulled mine to trace the circuits on the board to see where they go. But yes, to agree with Jim, I would think the problem is the board itself, more specifically, probably the Q1 transistor. I cannot see anything else in the glow plug circuit...

My son confines all of his business purchases to his paypal card and has for years, one day he stopped at burger king and couldn’t get his other card to work, so he used his PP card. Yup, you guessed it…locked it down… had to go home to get online to fix the problem, they wouldn’t do anything...

Possible bad controller, but more likely dirty connection. Do the glow plugs actually cycle? Can you hear the relay?

Mine does kind of a rubbing sound under the same conditions, tight turns, slow speed, kind of sounds like a tire is lightly rubbing the fender but not that loud, barely noticeable. Is this normal too?
