Check the splices where the turn signals in front connect to the marker lights. Mine had been replaced in the past, and this connection just fell apart when I touched it.
And as always…. All of the problems could be in the instrument cluster circuit film, and bulb sockets.
Batteries. Just another thought, bad, low, worn out batteries will create a huge drag on the alternators as they try to quickly charge on first startup. Sometimes making the belts squeal. But then they quiet down as the charge equalizes.

Yeah, that’s the one he means…some of them are on the parking brake bracket and some are on the bulkhead like yours…..following this closely as I have some similar problems, and still haven’t killed them all yet..aua

Thanks Crash, yeah the troop seats are all there. The other thing I was trying to show was the lack of rust everywhere I normally see rust on these things, not the seat. But yeah its pretty good, no tears or anything new dash pad, and very professionally done cigarette...
