You better do some more checking into those generators. You didn't list the model of the 15 KW set, but the MEP-005a in it's original configuration only puts out 3 phase voltages. And they are a Wye configuration at that. The 3 phase voltages you will get are 208 volts 3 phase "Y" or 416...
Yes, I do...but I don't think you want to spend the money on it ($80+/- for a new one) for something that can be taken apart and cleaned. Unless you are completely missing it. Then, I might have one in the garage.
I'm not 100% sure I have it though.
That's cool, although I do not need the oil filters any longer, I think I'll be purchasing some of the fuel filters. The NAPA ones work, but it will be nice not to have to mod them to make them fit. :-P
Thanks for doing the leg work on this hurst and m38.
That's a very nice set-up you have there. I like to see a nice clean installation like that. It's safe, effective and neat and clean, just the way it should be. That generator should give you years of service.

I run off road diesel in my equipment (everything but the Deuce of course). I put a treatment in my storage drum when I get it filled, mostly because I know it's going to be sitting there a year or two until it's used up. So, that being said, I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to use some kind...
WOO HOO!!!!! Another success story [thumbzup] [thumbzup]
I'm glad to hear you got her running. She is a beast isn't she?
Just a tip, because mine do this. If you adjusted it to 60 Hz when you first started it, you might want to go back and look at it after it's good and warm. It might...
If you want to go the GL route, they do sell some out of GL Dayton (Wright Patterson AFB), OH pretty often, and GL Columbus (Creekside) quite a bit too. Neither of those is terribly far from you...at least better than half way across the country. And yet, it seems that if you want to go the GL...
