I may be missing something, but the insurance of these vehicles has the same requirments. Now in most places these things are just not noticed, that is why it is important to follow rules and be polite and be safe, and not turn these trucks into speed demons, if that is possible...but the reason...

Look for the MTA table, get all the spring show info u need there....This is a great show to kick off the year....And a good motivator to get those vehicles up and going..... :) ...Randy

Bob, I am really not sure the weak link is the sprag, It usually is the driver..LOL....but I understand the want for an air shift, but have to say i have alot of time with my 809 series, and it works very well, U are probably going to do more than me though, good luck, if there was an easy mod...

Are U saying they are full time because they have a sprag? they do not, U are also not correct about the sprag in the 5 ton, they are robust and work, the deuce sprags worked well also, but were not as long wearing as the 5 tons, the upgrade to the deuce was needed , there was no upgrade ever...

Very true about how much a tire will carry, these are all real truck tires, ,And well said because alot of newer guys think the 900's are to weak, as u know not true at all, they are more than up to the task of over loaded trucks and have proved it for generations... BUT as for stability there...

simple answer is yes there is a semi gloss, the first gulf war was a semi gloss tan, the current gulf war is a very sandy texture and very very flat. Arvoe has the almost perfect current tan , It is a hands down match when I park up at the field here, with my sideways V for the current conflict...

AFTER U take the air OUT, there is absolutly NO danger at all. , like said above the correct hammer is the key to break the bead ...Then u pull the ring...THEN U pull off the tire, older tires are usually stuck and hard to get off, alomost all truck tire shops I have found stil do these split...

the M series 2and a 1/2 ton gasser was a 6, the multis are an 8, I would think the rounded off even number above gross vehicle weight, ? just a guess.......that is what i have done to my five tonners,

You can very very stuck in any deuce...;)...the tires on the truck for sale seem to big, they look like they hinder the turning radius alot to me, they look cool, but are just to much for that truck, that i think is more than my opinion, but hey thats my opinion too, the hop I talked about will...

Many brand new and older Excavators use 10 wt motor oil instead of hydrolic oil, other equipment also, U really have the option of using either, as for the military useing one because one was seen, is to quick to judge, they use both, I have seen both, I have 5 gal cans of mil 10 wt motor oil...

never never ty up the steering wheel, lube the front end max air the front tires and go, they have been tow barred by uncle sam for a milion miles, and it is fine, it is total driver error if there is a problem, i have tow barred my M38 for over a thousand miles, and deuce to deuce for that...
