When replacing the small return line, it can be a bit of a struggle to get the hose onto the plastic tees above the injectors. I've found that adding 1 drop of diesel in the end of the hose helps lubricate and makes it easier to push the hose on.
Is your 802 sitting on the ground or mounted on a trailer, etc?
I had an 802 that shook like crazy when it was on a 803-sized dolly made of 2x6's. The wood had too much flex to it. It got much better when I put it on a concrete floor.
Later I mounted it on a small trailer and between the tires...
Assuming you're on a relatively flat surface, I'd jack it up and put it on a couple 2x6's and some caster wheels. Just use a floor jack to pick up 1 end at a time. Make sure you support it with jack stands or cribbing. Then put the wheels under it and let it down.
Worst case, it has a skid...
I'm not familiar with this genset either. Can you take another picture of the panel, but zoom out a little more so you get the whole thing?
Does it have a Battle Short switch that you can use to temporarily bypass this fault?
What is the normal starting sequence? Do you have to hold the start...
If the little black fuel return line hose is leaking or weeping, you should be able to see that when the fuel pump is running, even if the engine is off.
You mentioned before that the engine quit while you were away, but the fuel pump was still running when you got back. Perhaps there is a fuel...
Glad you got the A/C going. Sounds like you're making progress.
What color is the exhaust smoke? (clear, black, white, blue, etc)
What position is your ammeter switch in?
I've seen pictures of this variation of 803 before mounted to a refrigerated shipping container.

The HBL5100R5W link shows it's rated for 347/600 volts, which seems like overkill.
I think you might take a look at the HBL5100R9W, which appears to be dual rated for 100 or 125 amps at 120/208V or 144/250V.
The website has a sales drawing that says the receptacle is 5-1/2" square and the...
1) FL1 & FL2 were moving freely. The bottom float was deteriorating, so we replaced it. Old one was foam. New one appeared to be plastic.
2) Didn't see any debris in the tank.
3) Didn't find any loose electrical connections.
4) Fuel cap was in the full tight "fording" position, so we backed it...
