I got those rock sliders in 2013 from a member on SS who went by the name of “SHANKEMDEEP”. I heave tried to reconnect with him several times over the past couple years but he has not returned my messages. I never had his email address so the only way I had to communicate with him was through...
Glock;
You don't need that sway bar but you must have the steering stabilizer. I recommend a new Moog unit. I too had the DW before I rebuilt my front end and installed crossover and the Moog, but now I can't make my truck wobble if I tried. Install a new stabilizer and see what happens...
Hey Steven - Looking great! You gonna love that crossover steering.
This is off the main subject, but can you elaborate on the radiator and twin fan set up you used? I plan to eliminate my fan clutch as well and would like to know more about replacement radiators and remote fans. Thanks in...
Yep. That is the spec of the P400. It is the engine for the new upfit NXT360 HMMWV which weighs over 15,000 pounds. Watch my rebuild thread for photos. Engine is due in here within a few days.
Thanks Keith for your extremely informative reply. However I had to watch the educational video below to fully understand and comprehend your statements...........

I have in my hands the exact same plate as his first photo. Part #12562637. That plate is for the CCW serpentine pump.
I need the 14024208 plate for the V-belt CW pump. If you will look at the gasket image #7, Figure 31, you will see that the water flow is opposite from Tinstar's image...
No Mr. Tinstar, that plate is for the 6.5 CCW serpentine water pump. I happen to have that same 12562637 plate here in my inventory and it is exactly like your photo. The correct water pump backing plate for the V-belt 6.2 CW rotation is part #14024208. Here are the pages from the...
I have arrived at my "some day". The headers were $1050 including freight. The ceramic coating alone was over $300. I don't care what it costs. I am spending my daughter's inheritance. She will never know.
Ken; I already have the single plane intake but I gotta have one of those '92 air filter housings and ram air. Is that air filter housing from a '92 6.5 diesel? Is there a part number?
I will be using the stock P400 cast aluminum oil pan. Based on my calculations it will just clear the factory crossmember. The P400 is rated at 250 HP NA and 450 FPT. I plan to photodocument everything in my rebuild thread. Received my new Db2831-4911 pump yesterday from Huckstorf Diesel...
Yeah I’ve come full circle on them thar turbos. I wish I had all that money back. My P400 is going to be NA and run cool. I have a set of those Stsns headers on the way and they should be here next week. Decided to go ahead and ceramic coat in a titanium color.
I believe the first thing you must do is to establish your goals for your truck. If you plan to keep the truck, and want to simply stop the leaks, have the tools and can follow the instructions in he TM, a head job is not that difficult. There will be plenty of free advice help here on SS...
