What? Contractors working on the house? That’s all the more reason to leave for the weekend and come to the rally!!
Ok, on a serious note, I’m sorry we’ll miss you. I hope everything goes well at the house!
The M1097R1 now has USMC vehicle number vinyl stickers!
Jeepstickers.biz made the stickers for me. I’ve purchased vinyl stickers from them before and was very impressed with their prices, customer service and quality. If you are not cutting your own vinyl, I recommend Jeepstickers.biz. And...
The low beam on my passenger side headlight was burnt out, so I replaced both headlights with new LED’s from @fuzzytoaster. The bad one on the passenger side came out in pieces.

I have a front stake rack for a M105 trailer with wooden boards (as opposed to fiberglass) that is free to a good home. I’ll bring it to the rally if anyone is interested.

Welcome to the site! Good luck with the camper build!
Here are a couple videos from the rally in Tennessee last October. The camera does not do that hill climb justice. It was spectacular!

I’m not aiming for perfect, but I do want it convincing (especially to a the average person).
I am getting ready to stencil my M1097R1 and want to use USMC markings. Specifically, I want to put the "USMC 6XXXXX" serial number on the hood and tailgate. I've been looking at a lot of pictures on GovPlanet of the Marine Corps trucks that are currently being auctioned. I do not see the "M"...
