I have the contacts and tabs for the dill blox panel. Dill only sells thru distributors and they have large min quantity ordering requirements for this stuff.
Use the title to get a vin verification and go reg it. Play dumb at dmv never give them any additional info. Over 20 years you want to reg antique and its a pickup truck.
Nope the bill of sale and expired reg is fine. Use them to get a vin verification at your local garage. Over 20 years CT could care less about paperwork. If you had none there is a form you fill out stating where you got the vehicle.
But you are not operating commercially. Its a big toy that you are using for some yard work around your own property. None of that applies. Dont think too much into it.
As far as I know there is only one "classic" plate for 20 years and older. Up to 2014 DMV was issuing "early american" plates but they switched over to the classic plate. Other than a statute authorizing DMV to issue the plate and a property tax value limit of 500 dollars on the vehicle...
DMV has a list of garages that do the verification. What paperwork do you have with the truck? You don’t bring the truck to dmv. Bridgeport is easiest but the wait can be a bit longer.
Neat gadget to have. But at 5 degrees here in CT the 802/803s dont seem to have any problem starting with a second of preheat. If you were deep in negative weather territory I could see having it. I still have plenty of 803s here I have yet to go thru. Not enough time in the day.
My airdrop bumper has the hole for the pintle. Yours has a plate over the bumper that the pintle bolts up to. I dont really like the extension. The only thing I might tow is a small generator. I have the complete Rhino setup on the pictured truck.
Have this air drop setup on a truck that I bought. Thinking about swapping the bumper and Rhino carrier over to my truck. The trailer harness on the truck dosnt reach the new mounting location. If I dont want to use the pintle extension, I have seen a flat plate with the pintle on the airdrop...
Antique reg has not restrictions on use in CT. In theory you can run commercially with antique tags but for personal use pretty much anything is fair game. 20 years or older. Get a vin verification at a local garage that does them and go to Bridgeport DMV with reg, vin verification and...
In my personal experience, the synth oil is only a few dollars more and it really does make a difference. Plus its easy to forget to change your oil. Time flies. I think the engine would last alot longer with the synthetic oil vs regular. Car engines do.
The tag is usually on the generator stating the unit left the reman facility with the 2.5 hours. They are tested for 2-3 hours before they are shipped out.
It should have break in oil for the first 100 hours then an oil change. After the break in I run synthetic in my personal gens. It makes a noticeable difference.
