Do not for get the cork for the slot if you change the outer seal.

Is it leaking from the outer part of the hub or from the inside like the brake drum? The outer seal is to keep oil out of the bearings. If so the bolts on the outside of the hub just maybe loose, need to be set to 75 ftlbs.

No, only the 12v tap goes to the battery box. for the low speed

The heater has two taps a 12v and a 24v. The 12v comes right off one of the batteries and the 24v is under the dash. That is your high and low speed of the fan.

One is for the heater 12v wire #569A and the other is for the ABS 24v I think it is #54.

If you remove the motor. FYI, I have changed out a NHC250 and it is faster and easier to remove and install the motor and transmission at the same time. Be sure to have some help.

Cool truck, I am storing a truck for a friend that was a Navy truck that has a drill rig on it. It show to be a M925A1 but with on winch, but it has the wet kit on it. He painted the drill rig white, not sure why.

Good place to get it or ask here on S/S for a good take out.

The switches are in series to ground, so if one is bad the alarm will sound. I am thinking your fail safe alarm is bad.
