I suggest you Google the engine and join any number of the diesel engine forums that address that engine. I'm sure you will find what you need there.

    Vietm Gun Trucks

In regards to the biggest gun on any gun truck, you have to think through the application: counter ambush against forces with only light cover and spread out. For light brush, you need saturation fire. In Iraq, where you have thick concrete walls and buildings, precise direct fire with a punch...

    V100 Paint Scheme Question

Rephrase: Nothing on an M1117 is the same as a V-100 except the general appearance/layout. A complete list of differences would mirror a complete vehicle parts list.

    V100 Paint Scheme Question

The M1117 ASV is not a new production vehicle. They have been building them for over 10 years. It is twice the weight of a V-100 with heavier axles, wheels, and armor. A V-100 grandson more than anything, sharing basic layout and mission. Originally built for Bosnia/Kosovo, they now serve in...

    New Guy from NC

You would not be cramped. Plenty of leg room. The rear of the whole vehicle could be bobbed. Just have to fashion a smaller fuel tank. Nothing can be done about the front except some kind of lift but that would be complicated due to the CV axles. Larger diameter tires helps. We did that with...

    New Guy from NC

I owned a German Iltis for 8 years. Great little Jeep type vehicle. It was neat because it could cruise at 65mph+, was comfortable around town and was different. Everybody wanted to know what it was. Like owning a Pinzgauer. It was pretty easy to work on, and reliable. Approach and decent...

    Re-powering a V100.. 5.9 cummins?

From the beginning, the V-150 series had a "deeper" hull giving occupants more head room. It also is of heavier construction and armor.

    m113 on ebay

RE: m 113 Indeed, it was the DuPont M-113. It was sold by a broker to an undisclosed client in the security business far south of the border. It only have about 200 miles on it from brand new.

    Re-powering a V100.. 5.9 cummins?

V-100 and V-150 are not the same in any way other than basic shape. V-150 has LARGER/HEAVIER hull, Diesel/Allison, and M800 series axles.

NO. There are several reputable dealers in the UK so there is no need to risk it.
