I have dealt with Phil several times in the past and it has been nothing but professional and all of my concerns were taken care of. And I will be the first one to tell you I can be a pain in the ass. I buy a lot of stuff and often I go over the pickup time by a few days without incident. Most...
There is cheaper stuff called nu22. Would have to be vac'd down and loaded by an ac guy with a superheat meter the weight is a bit different I believe. If you had r22 you could vac it and just load by weight listed on the plate.
All the refrig is removed. You need to vac it down for a few hours, see if it holds the vac and then recharge per data plate. Was it a stuck injection pump? The heater coils you would prob have to get from Applied. The heat is minimal at best when it works I dont think its worth spending any...
If the fuel rail will not release its possible one of the mechanical injection pumps is stuck down a bit. This can make it tough to get the pump bank out also. Sometimes you can pull the upper lines and fill each one with break free to soak it free. You may be able to peek in the solenoid hole...
You would probably have to get that from the engine manufacturer directly. If the fuel rail does not move left you will never get fuel to the injectors. Governor module is in the control box upper left. The control panel folds open.
Is the back breaker on? Make sure emergency stop is pulled out. Chances are you are not getting power to the fuel solenoid and theres nothing wrong with the ip or injectors. In the control box with the gen on run does the governor have a light on?
Its a variable fuel solenoid. Retracts to allow the fuel rail to open and then moves in and out to control engine speed depending on load. If you take the solenoid out the rack has a spring and will slide left into its open position allowing fuel flow to the injectors. There is a breaker on the...
Probably the smaller wire then if its out of the connector. There is a relay in the panel and a switch on the dash. Headlights have to be on. Check the wire with a meter.
It's a big unit. Made to cool a large shelter out in desert heat. How big of a shelter are you planning on getting? 10 tons of AC you can cool a small warehouse.
Just have 2 gens. I have the relay box that has load connections and cables going to your 2 gens. You can toggle between gens for maintenance purposes.
It probably is as simple as powering it thru relays and reversing polarity. Those things have a high current draw you will need contactor relays rated for the required current at 24v and with the correct duty cycle. Thats why the warn part is so expensive high quality high current contactors are...
Does the winch have 2 separate power inputs for forward and reverse or do you just switch polarity to reverse? It can be easily controlled with contactor relays.
Yup. They will get it. Management dosnt like to talk to anyone direct though. They will have one of the phone answerers relay info. Send it tonite they get in at 11 am est. Call around 12 and see what they have to say for themselves.
