2 hours in a great swap time. When we did my M925 we pulled the transmission as well, but I had to deal with a PTO.

Now that sucks for sure!! Wish you luck with the motor swap. I did one about two years ago and it was not to bad of a job. I see you have a wrecker for the job, that is what we used to change my motor.

When I put my 14.00's x20 on I got about 7.5 mph more over the 11.00x20

I just did my M929 and it works great. You will need new lug nuts for the back axles.

These are the good sides of it. LOL It's going to be a long road to bring her back to life. A little more rust then I would of liked. Looking for the right motor for it, it has a locked up F- head in it now.
