Hard to tell from your picture what is damaged. If its thread coming out, anyone that repairs cargo covers or makes sails can handle that (or you can try hand sewing yourself, but not fun!) As far as replacement, you can find used and NOS covers all over the web and sometimes on government...

Does anyone have a part number or source for just the metal connectors from each side? I have a ton of the rubber connectors , but have run out of the connectors. I hate having to buy a whole connector when I really just need the connector portion itself and not the shell.

I had the same issue with mine. The front marker lights were dim or intermittent. I changed them both out after checking all the grounds and they have been perfect since replacing them.
