    If error was shops, definitely have remade. Your error? What is max fluid flow from 5/16 @ prescribed pressure? What is max fluid flow for 3/8" @ prescribed pressure? If amount is negligible, and I do mean small, then you could try it. I would simply have hose remade, done and over...
