The M/C gets BLED FIRST, then the air pack, then left rear, right rear, left center, right center, right front, left front, Look for a wheel cyl., m/c or rubber hose (there are 5) leak, NO matter if a hose leak is found or not, REPLACE ALL 5 RUBBER HOSES unless you KNOW they have been replaced...

The reason I ask about the front wheel drive, the Fuller trans is a wide trans, did not think the front drive shaft would clear. How much room between the trans and the transfer case ????, about how long is the connecting drive shaft, is the transfer a 39/809 series or a 939 series,???

The big filter was used on the 939 at first, a carry over from the 809s, these trucks had the same engine as the 809s, then the little filter, then the spin on, some 939s have all three, others have just two of the three, others have only one, it seems that the newer the truck, the less filters...

The pcb turns things on, I would look at the regulator on the back of the alternator, if your over charging and getting hot, the pcb will have nothing to do with this issue other then turn on/off the exciter, a seperate hot wire WILL cause the same issue.

That IS always the way projects go, it is a pleasant surprise when things go as planned and even a better surprise if things go better then planned.

Top should fit a deuce, 39/809 series 5t, the 939 series has a wider cab.
