Check all of your wheel valve connections real close. It may have a leak and is faulting out when it first does a pressure check.

Does the " water temp warning light " stay on? Does your fan cycle on and off as your temperature hits around 200?

Are you sure that truck has 1200's? That's an odd size. Stock on the A2's is 1400R20. If you have the original rims then yes, the 395's will fit on them.

See post #3 above. Been there, done that on Coffey's truck and it fixed his. Sounds like your deflate solenoid is sticking, as in dirty.

Are you saying that your alternator shaft doesn't have a keyway and key in it?

I picked my 932A2 up from Warner Robins the same day you did so they both seem to have come from the same overhaul cycle. My winch was backwards just as you described so I swapped the hydraulic lines at the winch motor. Fixed the problem.

Don't forget to check the relays too.

I'd swear that my 932A2 turns tighter than my 923A2. Quite a bit actually.

After driving the LMTV's for a while and noticing how annoying the fan on-off cycle rate is on these trucks, has anyone thought of the possibility of installing an electric fan on the radiator? Not a replacement for the stock one but an electric one that runs constantly to keep air moving...
