Couplers are Parker 1/4 inch fuel. Fuel line is only attached when fueling the self-contained tank, not while running the unit. Teleflex recommends running JP-8 (I've already been through this with them a couple of years ago), but I run off road diesel in mine. I should have a spare fuel...
Whatever size it is coming out, go up at least one size every time you make the exhaust turn more than 45 degrees. There is a lot less back pressure that way.
Either one allows 1320 feet of wire to be put on a DR8-A reel, and the difference between a DR8-A and a DR8-B reel is the "B" is built for four wire operation and has two terminal plates on the side, while the "A" only has one terminal plate. The original WD-1 is two physically separated wires...

2. Opposite side from the MX-6707, usually on the back.
"C" is the whistler. There are already plenty of pics here on the site that show the difference, probably over a page of threads with pictures. Rest of your questions are best addressed by David Doyle!
Military uses a Reichert 7181 Duo-Check, which is usually available on flea-bay for less than $40 including shipping. It also tests antifreeze, hence the duo moniker.
I'll get the rest of mine in a bit, but here's one from my phone of Khloe. Steve, send me your e-mail address and I'll send full sized versions to you. This one's almost a megabyte, one in the pink dress is 'larger'.
