Well your first problem was not running 15w40. I would drain it and throw some back in and see if it fixes the issue. IDK why people change it over then become amazed the trans fails and cant find out why. Seen multiple threads on it all the time.
The gears in the trans were never designed with a 2:1 in mind which makes them short. You are always either on the bottom end or top end with no power or torque because the engine speeds by that rpm range. With the eco hubs it allows the transmission to do its job and let the torque converter do...
How long did you let the truck run for before you said “it works now”? It takes mine about 10-15 min at idle to eat through all the fuel in the lines then dies. I think my passenger tank pickup is broken.

I just took a chisel and hammered on the outside of the big cover rather than make a custom tool. Super fast and simple. I went a bit further than he said in the video bc I have a 220hp version but it made the off the line performance feel like I gained 80hp or more.
Got a handful of mtvr bows and corners for a mtvr which are identicle for a 5 ton but unfortunatly not going to make it out to denton. Limited on staves.
