    Thanks to Morgans, WRAFB recoveries

Dude. It's just short of 90 miles from my front door to the Morgans place. Dad met me @ 0700 and we planned on hitting a McDonalds for breakfast. Nowhere in our 90 mile trek did we pass a McD's. We had to go about 10 miles out of our way to get food, then backtrack. When is the last time...

    Thanks to Morgans, WRAFB recoveries

I wanted to thank mdmorgan and mdmorganwife for helping clintogf and I out by recovering 2 trucks from Warner Robins and holding them at their beautiful estate. They were very gracious hosts and very helpful. I had complete trust that the trucks would be properly moved and was not...

    750 20s tires any one

This is an appropriate thread, as lowriderbird is asking who sells the tires he needs, versus just posting a wanted ad directly in the forums. You guys should see the frame off resto he is doing, it is impressive. 7.50X20's are the US6 / CCKW tire of WWII. I doubt PaTracy or Hundy will have them.

    M274 General Question

MickD and emmado22 are both correct. In past years, items like fuel tanks (easily damaged in offroading activities) and bed rails (damaged during normal cargo loading and unloading) were hard to find, but Bill Watson is reproducing them now (I will be replacing my fuel tank, probably this...

    Thanks Clinto!

I am flattered by ya'll's compliments. I don't think a person who truly loves deuces would require a lot of arm bending to stand around and chat about deuces all day................ or look for an excuse to get some seat time. We didn't get to drive the Mule, it hasn't even left the confines...

Official 2011 Ga Rally multimedia thread

So my buddy Dave (Land Rover/USAF Power Wagon dude) got me the pictures he took at the rally last night when we all went to dinner. I'll post up more later today, clintogf and I have some errands to run. He captured the precursor to the mule drowning!

Official 2011 Ga Rally multimedia thread

Mules don't float-we found this out So I've had the Mule for about 4 years and I know Maccus had been done with it for awhile when I got it from him, so the hubs haven't been serviced in at least 5+ years. I have never taken the mule through deep water or mud because although it's fun, I don't...
