I used the old bolt, I was setting it to 20ft Ibs of torque and it broke soon when my wrench clicked. I put a lot of teflon tape before I threaded it in. As much as I want to get it out, I would hate to remove the entire water pump back off to take off that broken bolt

I know I'm going to get eating up for this one, but I ended up breaking one of the bolt heads, do I actually have to go and take this bolt off to avoid any leaks? This is one of the two bolts on the bottom. I know the water pump is completely sealed off from every other bolt torqued down...

My last cadillac valve done this same exact thing, about 2 weeks later, either it gave out or something else, that cause the fan to turn 100%. Don't know, I can definitely see a difference in comparison with the 6.5 NA, that's an almost 100hp difference and probably has almost 2x more torque

Interesting, makes me wonder how it would do behind the P400 6.5s, unfortunately they're really rare, but I'm still a huge fan of the 6.5s because of how simple they are compared to the duramax and the size compared to the cummins.

I know dead thread, but wouldn't a 6L80e or 6L90e be the best overall modification for better MPG? Overall, you get better ratios and have a .67 overdrive. Even though the 4l80e is a good upgrade from the 3 speed, it still burns a lot of fuel at 65-70 big time and the engine still be screaming...
