Put a civilian version in the truck and be done with it.
If you look at a 60A military version wrong (or right for that matter) it releases the magic smoke.
For some reason, certain SS members have a thing for playing with parachutes. I sold my 100 foot orange and white missile recovery chute so I would not be tempted.
Pressure wash, spray some primer on the bad spots and paint it.
More than the units did when they painted them. At least I use spray and not a wad of paper towels or a mop.
My Brother rode in a Blackhawk when he was stationed in Bosnia and he said he was all belted in and the last thing they do before taking off is open the doors. That's how they fly them, same with the Huey and yes, the standard seat belt (from Vietnam Era) even fit me.

I hear that they are bringing two to use next year. I thing they ran about 15 or 16 flights with 6 paid passengers on each one. Some people missed out by waiting too long.

Just got back home from the show. I only spent 8 hours there but it was a good 8 hours seeing old friends and finally meeting Mr John Tennis. He gave me a first hand account of his ordeal last fall.
The highlight of the day/trip was riding in the Huey. AWESOME!!!

The brackets attached to my 6 foot finish mower deck have shattered the deck where they are welded to at some point. Gimp and I put it up last night and after cleanup you could see shatter cracks in a circle about 4 inches in diameter...
