Did those of you that were approved yesterday get an automated email from us letting you know? These were supposed to start going out but I am not positive they have been? I have been asking for them for awhile, we are on the ball with those emails telling you to pay us, but for some reason...

98% of the time, yes. I believe they are working on 05/23 turn ins this week.

Its a manual process flipping them over so it is usually done by noon.

Tuesday is the day

1 Auction a week so depends on how many weeks are in the month. On occasion we will have a special HV only sale or something along those lines but typically 4 or 5 auctions a month. Approximately 20% require EUC. I honestly put my loving touch on probably about 2-3%.

Once they are recalled we can't release them without getting in trouble. So these guys just had bad timing. If they incurred any costs(which I am sure they did). They need to let us know and provide receipts/invoices so we can file the claim with the DLA.
