Looking good! I'm picking up my hi/low shelter the 1st weekend in March. Hopefully I'll get the build on it going before we head out to Ireland in May.
If I really needed it I have plenty of room. Just funny how quick floor space disappears.
Not painted yet and still debating if I'm going to do it. The hi/low shelter I'm picking up next month is camo but it'd be easier to paint it tan than painting the trailer green. But it will be going to...
That'd probably be fine for a single 12v battery but I've got 4 in a jungle maze of cabling so not sure if it'd work and my switch only cost $5 so I'm guessing it's cheaper.
Got the accessory box in this afternoon. Keith_J swung by and did all the heavy duty soldering and wiring to the batteries. After lunch I installed the box in the cargo area. I used a switch with a light so I can tell from standing on the ground if it's on or not. I prefer not to take a...
Added a couple of comfort items to the back of the truck for this weekends campout. The 1st is a ENO Single Nest hammock. I got the hammock and hanging straps but really don't have a good place to hook the straps that stretches it enough so what I did was hook one end to the troop strap loop...

I think what actually happened to mine was the aluminum hub of the fan disintegrated. The newer fan hubs are steel and rather than being pinched between the outer aluminum piece and the clutch it's actually bolted to the clutch. Much better design.
Apparently I was amending my post the same time you were adding yours. Anyway, if all the little subdivisions that are considered San Antonio but aren't really in the city limits (although the city is trying to grab them) it'd be closer to 1.8 million people vs 1.4 mil (give or take 50k) which...
Ok Seth. Here's what you need to plan for as far as vacation in October: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?156764-Big-Bend-NP-Get-Together
You've got a nice truck and plenty of room for camping out so no excuses.
