Yes, 5psi from the in tank pump and the IPs booster pump increases line pressure up to 60ish psi. Then the hyd head increases the psi into the thousands of lbs range.
Look at the pics on page 3:

In the pic of post #60, you can see the 2klbs winch I put on it. I don't know the weight of an mep002, but I've lifted one in the bed with the crane.
I have the long re-usable filter if you "have" to use that style. The short one works just as well imho.
You could always swap to a spin-on while in there. I never liked the primary's placement and that big nut on top the filter, under the alt.
I use a .25x2(maybe 3) inch flat bar about 2ft long.
Remove band clamps, push in center of hose, it'll come off.
I then install the top of the hose and put on clamp. Push the bar in the center of the hose again, guide it on the lower radiator, install bottom clamp.
Lots of folks call all different rims, different things. Please post a pic of the rim in question.
If it is only 7.5 inches wide, it is not a great idea to put 1400s on it. The A3 rims(or any 10/11 inch wide rim) should work just fine though.
Its not a dump trailer.
It can pivot where the arms attach but many have had that casting snap. If you try to use it as a dump, make sure you have limiting straps put on before hand.
