Make an Anderson to slave plug adapter and use the slave port that's rated for sufficient amperage...

Best Price on a Slave Port Connector for MEP803A?

$60 is cheap, less than my cost for the 30 amp connectors when i was buying them in bulk for trickle chargers.

5 ton combat wheel on M54, inserts required???

5ton combat wheels, LMTV wheels, and HEMTT rims are all direct bolt on for your truck. You'll need new lugnuts, at least in the back.

    Gasket makers

I did in 2019. No issues since. I've put maybe 15k miles on it in a mixture of sustained interstate road trips and very tame off roading. Yeah, I'm a sample size of one. Take that fwiw.

MEP802 master switch small copper part.

Thank you. I dislike displaying my ignorance. I'm a nurse and a linguist, not an electrician. It looks like this was the 4/8 jumper.

MEP802 master switch small copper part.

I tried that. It isn't immediately evident. Edit - I was looking here -

MEP802 master switch small copper part.

I've got an 802 with a bad master switch. (Tests bad. Power to #6, but nothing to #7 when in the crank position.) I was pulling a known good switch off another machine. In so doing, I dropped a small copper piece out of the good switch (pictured on the floor next to it). I can't figure out...

    Tire fail-- typical kind??

I've had two of them fail like you described, and a handful just explode with no warning. All of them had plenty of tread and no cracks, old date codes.
