Anyone have a decent troubleshooting flow-chart on Fuel guage issues? Mine is pegged at full.
So far I've checked:
- Guage ground
- Tank ground
- Top of sender ground,
When I remove the gound it jumps WAY past full.....
Thoughts?
Holy crap.... $360 for a case of 12 cans???? :-(
Anyone know how long a can should last?
At that cost, it might be time to engineer my own system... sheesh!
I cruised home from Indy -to- Dayton at 65mph with one stop for lunch... Of course the larger tires allowed me to purr along and after an hr at 65mph, I checked the tires as soon as I stopped, and they were not even warm. It was an easy trip.. bouncy but easy! lol
Good question... I'm new to MV's myself, but have been on SS about a yr, and watching GL auctions about 2 yrs on and off. It varies widely! :? It seems to depend on how many trucks are up for auction at the time, condition, options, location... just hard to say. I feel very lucky to have got...
I've seen some kind of clear rubbery material on the cargo covers on the USAF trucks on base... any idea what that might be? I've asked the guys on base, but none of the military guys know, as they don't work on them... jsut drive them.
