Yes the FCOS does move freely to the right. Checked it yesterday. When cranking/starting it moves all the way to right.

Well I put the e8131 on my 803 this morning as primary pump. It’s getting fuel to the filter. When I open the drain it shoots out with good pressure. But it still won’t start. I checked air filter it’s not clogged. tried to start it with air filter out still wouldn’t start. I have a video...
Did the electrical connector on the e8131 fit the old connector on the
did the electrical connector on the generator from the E1074 old pump fit the connector on the new e8131 fuel pump?
Is this the auxiliary fuel pump if I’m standing at the the control panel this is on the left side behind the door, Towards the far end of the machine from where I’m standing.
If I start it every day it’ll start. If I wait a week I’ve got a crank it 12 to 15 times before it will start. Once it started it runs fine.
I’ve got a fuel pump but I haven’t changed it yet to see if that made a difference.
what else could it be?

Has anyone had any problems with the Perkins engine? do they do as well as the Isuzu? I know a lot of the commercial Generators use the Isuzu and they go 20,000+ hours. I have a hanco close to me I may go look at.
Try and find a farm co-op somewhere that’ll deliver red diesel to you. That’s untaxed farm diesel it’ll be cheaper on you. Open your circuit breaker box and explain how you hooked up your manual transfer switch I’d like to see that. Good luck with it
