I don't think Richmond, in general, is a problem. I've had some very good experiences there - mostly in the past.

GL does sometimes surprise you and actually gets EUC's processed quickly - 2 business days from submission to approval. :) :? The problem with that is when you plan for it to take longer and then family problems arise ( son going into hospital for ??? time) and you can't go pick up your stuff...

Unfortunately you will get NO HELP from the staff at Richmond. They will hover over you to make sure you don't steal an extra cotter pin, but be warned that they have the ability to damage your truck with their loader or forklift if they so choose. Make sure to take ID's for everyone going on...

Thanks for the answer about Teresa. Her actions (at least in relation to the load she/Applog bid on for me) are not defensible. She NEVER returned a call and never provided a contact number for a driver. No driver ever tried to pick up my load. With service like that, she/Applog doesn't...
