Yep, I'm the current owner. The relay valve was seized. I replaced that and checked everything out. All good. The trick is to not hook up air on the recovery.

Rattle cans in my driveway. I loosened and shifted the cargo cover to the side I wasn't painting and sprayed away. A friend sprayed the OD and primer with a gun after the bed was sand blasted.

Which one? They're both jeeps. :-)
