I was looking for a work truck, to find a truck that would hold ALL of my tools, diesel, and 4 wheel drive would have cost me a fortune! SO, I got an M35A2! So now I have a mobile shop! Plus I always wanted one! The big kid in me!

This should not be a big problem... Can you see the rod? Is it all the way down against the cover plate? You would have a heck of a time bending a hardened fuel pump push rod. Is the fuel pump lever bent? The trick to holding the rod up while you install the fuel pump is heavy grease...

My point of reference is when I went to a tractor pull and these guys had OLD John Deer and massy tractors with huge turbos and OMG, the performance was incredible! The way the Military built these vehicles , you would think they have some room to play! If I have to I'll buy...
