GL ads disappeared...did I miss something?

Too bad for the loss of a sponsor. Replace them with sponsors that really take care of their customers. I cant stomach G.L. Especially when they dont make good on a cannibalized truck.

    M211 brakes fixed

I had a wheelcylinder leaking badly and pulled it apart. The axle seals were bad too. Got it all together and bled and another one went on the othe axle. Ordered more parts and did that one too. They are simple to work on except the axle hubs are difficult to pull because each stud has a cone...

    10 Ton M125 Repaint

That will be far better than new. I would love to do a truck that way. No time, notime. And that shop and equipment, yikes, thats great. As you can see in my avatar on the left, my big stuff wont fit. When I built it I had no idea I would catch the "Green disease".

    M 211 SANDED AND PRIMED

Yes they were taken off to straighten and sand and paint each piece. The exhaust is being painted with high heat paint . This truck is complete and original except for the M35 fuel tank and the roof. I shall replace both if I can come across the parts. I would also like to replace the drivers...

    My First Time

RE: Mog swimming Mousegirl, the idea about the wives and girlfriends section to say stuff is the best thing I've heard in a long time. Can we do that Mike and Chris? My wife would be on there for sure! She is always on it reading the posts anyway, so for them to have their own post area sounds...

Why aren't Korean era deuces as popular as others?

I have a XM211 and one thing I keep thinking is as time rolls on these will be more of a collector item because there arent as many of them in good shape as the M35's. About the automatics in them: they get a bad rap but they are tough and shift hard but that is normal for them and as you get...

Howdy From the Nose Art Chick.

RE: Re: RE: Howdy From the Nose Art Chick. Sounds like she 's worth her weight in gold. And who knows, she could do a good job with the artwork and it could catch on. She may be busy painting many trucks!

    Learned something today!

There are alot of cotter pins on these trucks and they wear to the point that the 1/2 inch dowels can work there way out when you least expect it. I was under my five ton dump changing fluids and saw a few doubtful ones and replaced them. A washer and some oil will help this too. It pays to...
