    Fried starter, do the Doghead conversion!

    Had my starter stick on me today. I was sick as a dog and really didn't need to get stranded. Even had the conversion parts in the glove box. Had recently swapped in a new starter to add insult to injury......time to swap in a new one now..... Just do the conversion.............

    Thanks to everyone who helped me with my cracked exhaust manifold. Got that replaced but...... There is a fitting on the far left of the intake with two lines going into it that is leaking diesel fuel. Looking for the correct term/part number so I can get a replacement. Comments welcome...

    it looked bad by being milky white and foamy on the dipstick. I only ran it for a couple minutes. Have not changed filter/oil yet.
