I ordered $145 worth of parts from CUCV Electric on Feb 18th after hearing about them on this board.
My M1009 is down, and I wanted to get it back on the road.
My payment went through and then it was crickets after that.
No response to email and their phone answering machine box is full...
Had my starter stick on me today. I was sick as a dog and really didn't need to get stranded.
Even had the conversion parts in the glove box. Had recently swapped in a new starter to add insult
to injury......time to swap in a new one now.....
Just do the conversion.............
Thanks to everyone who helped me with my cracked exhaust manifold.
Got that replaced but......
There is a fitting on the far left of the intake with two lines
going into it that is leaking diesel fuel.
Looking for the correct term/part number so I can get a replacement.

Well....I found my exhaust leak....
I have about a 3 inch crack in my exhaust manifold, in the center section.
Looking for advice.
Should I try to get it welded or simply replace it.
If I replace it, should I replace just the center section or the whole thing?
Where should I look for a...
I am hoping it is just rain water from being stored outside...guess we'll find out
once I have a chance to work on it a bit.
