ok next stupid question, best place to get one? whats a good price?

I started cleaning out the tank today, drained all the diesel and oil remnants...and rust. any good advice on cleaning out the tank? should I do an in tank coating? its not super scaly or rusty. but does need a good cleaning at the very least.

I haft to give the guy A for effort, he had a pet goat he bought just to do the trimming of trees and grass in the yard.
