The plates are laser cutted before the bead was formed.
I don't have a laser, but with a .dxf .dwg file it is easy to order the plates.

thanks @ all! It was fun to mill 2 steelplates for pressing the bead and get these results. It's only 19 gauge (1mm steel) but my 10ton press is to small...
Yes, i plan to use backlit gauges, but not necessarily. I've got very good results with a 24V LED stripe just layed around the gauges and fixed with
glue.
The extra holes are for 12V voltmeter, EGT & boost.

To retain the correct steering geometry you'll need the whole front end...in this case it would be easier & saver to use a complete frame, with drivetrain and just swap the cab.
As far as i can see it, the problem is that your HF has a single groove and not a full grove. There are versions with full groove available. With full groove you can mount your pitmanarm in any way you want.
