What did you do to your deuce this week?

Sounds good...pretty similar to my plans. It's just hard to find a A2 tank in G. I plan to use a 5 ton valve for the feed and return line.

    New dash panel :-)

Hello Rusty, i don't plan to sell these. Thicker material would require a larger press :-) Greetings Juergen

    New dash panel :-)

Hallo Brian, sorry for the delay! The plates are laser cutted before the bead was formed. I don't have a laser, but with a .dxf .dwg file it is easy to order the plates. Greetings Juergen

    New dash panel :-)

Yes, i plan to use backlit gauges, but not necessarily. I've got very good results with a 24V LED stripe just layed around the gauges and fixed with glue. The extra holes are for 12V voltmeter, EGT & boost.

Deuce with Cummins 6BT Info thread

The c8.3 is as long as a Multiflop. https://www.dropbox.com/s/q1vl3e8z8axecnv/IMG-20150922-WA0001.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/ftxtfd9voet85dw/20150917_165814.jpg?dl=0 compare the oilpan flanges... with the shorter B5.9 you have enough room for an intercooler.

HF542996 Power Steering conversion geometry questions, not run of the mill

if you think so... To retain the correct steering geometry you'll need the whole front end...in this case it would be easier & saver to use a complete frame, with drivetrain and just swap the cab.

HF542996 Power Steering conversion geometry questions, not run of the mill

As far as i can see it, the problem is that your HF has a single groove and not a full grove. There are versions with full groove available. With full groove you can mount your pitmanarm in any way you want. With a custom made pitmanarm it is possible to mill a second groove in the...
