Very cool restoration. Will this 1010 be at the upcoming event outside of College Station? I hope to drive my ambulance there, and would love to talk you out of a spare litter if you have an extra. I am not restoring mine to military specs, but a camper/support vehicle.

I had same issue on my mechanical 7.3 IDI. The injector pump got sticky and gummy inside. Ran a bottle of ATF through the small fuel tank, drove it on the small tank, and it fixed itself. I would try that or Seafoam (or the like) before replacing the injector pump.

Where did your source the new military looking gauges for the dash?
Getting ready to work on my M416 and found that both are pretty rusty, and one is very bent. Beyond repair bent. Cannot find anything local. would love to find 2 and keep my one servicable one as a spare. Willing to pay shipping. Thanks guys.
