My dad was driving the new bobbed deuce from the dealer down to me and aparently its not going over 35...any ideas? Maybe a switch or something that could be causing it? Ill post more info when I find it out. Thanks Brent

Mine is a bobbed deuce, so a little different. Im in a College town living in an apartment complex while I finish school. According to the city since its bobbed it wont violate any codes in residential areas, and I have permission from the apartment complex management so we'll see when I get it...
