Thanks for the great info as always G. I am going to check my bearings to see how they look. It has bothered me for a while why my axles seem to move more than others.
Vaughn
If the torque rods dont limit the axles from shifting side to side what does? I seem to get alot of side to side movement on my rear end. When compared to a friends deuce mine seems excesive.
Just a thought but an old electric range you could vary the load by turning on the top burners one at a time and then the oven. turned on all the way easily over 5000 watts.
Great looking job you have done well keep up the good work and the great pics. I wish I had taken more pics of mine. Where did you end up getting the box.
Those have to be some of the coolest pics ive seen of a recovery great job guys. We just won 4 deuces here in clearfield well see how it goes. We only have one towbar and 2 running trucks right now I will try and remember my camera.
DW welcome to the always exciting and never dull hoby of MV's. Truck looks good no obvious wheel cylinder leeks. The oil on top of the motor seems like they all have some leeks around that area.Yes it is a turbo. The troop seats are the brown racks in the back, Enjoy the truck good luck.
