Mine is 40lbs all around still wanders but my rearend looks all out of wack when I back up axles are all over, wonder if its torque rods or the bearing the rear end pivots on.
Im dealing with the same problem anytime i get on the freeway it gets scarry I'm working several ideas, if I come up with a solution i'll post, keep us informed on what you find.
Wow I did not meen this as an Atack on Armalite I think they make fine rifles. Since the big rush on rifles has been over many of the manufacturers are coming up with new ways of getting people to buy thier product(gimick). I was not aware of how many trucks they had only 30 interesting thats...
I work at a local gun store and we have been talking about Armalite's latest gimick to sell their rifles. If a dealer buys a deuce full of rifles they get to keep the truck.I am not sure on the number of rifles this is I'm sure its alot. I am just hoping that it does'nt cause the cost of the...
I'm not sure the max that can be taken off but when I took it too the machine shop he had to do some searching to find out but he ended taking off .004 to make em flat.the black ones look like the good ones one piece.
JD that was alot of work 4-5 Per tire. I was running 50 psi now down to 40 and checked alignment it was a little off but it still wanders a little. I tried it on the freeway last week before airing down and towing in the front and I thought I was gonna crash it scared the H+++ out of me. I am...
I just finished watching it is good to see a real truck on thier nice job Ian cant wait till next week. Now I need to go work on my own. Nice pics Hundy
I would first check that the intank pump is running turn on the power and can you hear it running. The IP will suck the fuel but its hard on it. then start checking filters as said above.
JD do you have any problems at higher speeds mine wanders at high speed over 40mph. what air pressure are you running. I want to add that everything was fine until I installed the new tires . I wonder if thier was a problem and the larger tires just amplified it?
I rebuilt my winch last summer and the woodruffs were the worst part I agree above BFH and a drift worked for me. I installed new seals and mine leaks bad it never stops dripping.
Just singled my truck and reused the buds for now they will work fine just look a little wierd. I am going to get new nuts soon I need to order several things so I'm going to make one order instead of several.
I struggled also but as stated above get the rim up off the ground so the tire sags on its own. Use plenty of lube and stand right on top to install the ring. I also used chains then hid behind the truck 50' away to air it up all went smooth but is alot of back breaking work. Good luck.
finally got the truck home new cover, new tires i think I'll sandblast the wheels and paint but I dont know if I should go green or black what do you guys think.
