Possibly one of your alternators. I had one that did the same thing. Once it ran a few minutes it stopped.

I cut the lid open from terminal to terminal which makes it well vented I think.

This is the battery box idea I came with. Didnt have to drill any holes just a couple clamps.

Im bringing it on my small landscape trailer so I drive right off. Might need to put in something to get it back to my trailer at Hendricks after the event unless it will be ok to drive back and in that case I would probebly need an escort so I dont get squashed by someone who thinks there...

For any of the guys that were up at the MTA show this weekend don't forget my mule that was on part delivery detail this weekend. Saved alot of guys alot of walking.:wink:
