I just use a 1/2" ratchet. Doesn't take long to go up or down. Could probably use a 1/2" speed handle with a universal, but I don't have one.

Mounted mine on the front. Made the bar longer so I can build a rack to hold two batteries, two propane tanks and an ammo can for trailer tools and junk.

Would love to help you out, but my M1031 just isn't big enough. Sorry!!!!!!!!!!!! You have ten days after your paid reciept and euc clears.
