I'm starting my 109 rv build.

The weight is a big deal. I put a 109 box on my streched out m35a2 and it's really down on power.

Now is the time to get one Ryan!

The A frame boom off the front of Johns(6x6guy) m35a2 and Best way towing's wrecker.

Now comes the fun part cleaning and painting. Driving home last night you can really feel how under powered the deuce is with all of the extra weight. Looking foward to putting in the Cummins after Poofstock.

Got the 109 box on today.

Not sure on the turning radius yet will see after I hook up the brakes. I'm going to try to get the 109 shop van box on it next week.

I machined the splines out of my extra set to unlock the front axle when I drive on the road. I've put over 6000mi on them without any problems.

Yeah we froze our a$$ of last fall! I plan on staying warm this time.

Didn't know they had stems for the tubes like that. Is there a different tube that goes with that?

It fit realy well. It's one of the best things i did to my deuce.

I did mine awhile ago but i do remember that I did drill a couple of holes to bolt it in. If you have a hard top like me I had to cut some of the seal on the top of the windshield to clear the cover. For power I found a wire that wasn't being used behind the dash. It wasn't that hard to put in...

I did the A3 wipers on my deuce and it was easy. If you have a hard top it's a little harder but not too bad.

I have the frame ready to go on the back of my deuce now. We are going to do a 45% cut and double frame it with 3 foot of C channel on the inside of the frame.
